His journalistic interests include politics, social issues and conflicts. He is interested in photography, travelling, reading fiction and devouring copious amounts of Nutella. Dekha Na Tha (Alamgir) – BBC Music Memories Cover Song

We made this cover song of Alamgir’s famous song “Dekha Na Tha” as a part of BBC’s Music Memories project. This project revolved around importance of music for patients of dementia and helping invoke memories. This was done in a Zoom-call style as a nod to the year 2020, but also because the entire music and video was produced by everyone in the team, including the singers, working from home.

Worked with BBC Urdu’s Aliya Nazki to produce this series of podcasts on Kashmir’s political history, from Amristar Sale Deed to recent changes in Article 370 in Indian consitution.
